Marathon and DoubleTake MSP Application Support

This service is aimed at our Marathon Virtual FT, HA and DoubleTake customers and is designed around their unique and exacting standards depending on the type of fault tolerant, date replication or data recovery installation.

Within this Program all the other MSP modules are affected concerning the maintenance and support of Marathon and DoubleTake Systems.
If as a client, your organisation is discussing a new installation of Marathon Virtual FT, HA or DoubleTake software with Green IT Solutions, we will as part of the P.I.D (Project Initiation Documentation) process, advise you of the ’ideal’ annual support service levels and present costs.

This Module combines applicable upgrades, hot fixes and patches for the Marathon and DoubleTake products with professional on-site and hotline telephone support.
