Emergency attendance incidents.

This Service is designed to compliments the previous two modules.

If a logged fault cannot be rectified via telephone or RAS services because of hardware failure, Module 3 will facilitate an on-site attendance. Our fully trained Network engineers will attend customer site and effect the repair. These attendance days may be purchased in single form or as a 'pack' with scaled rates for quantity booking.
