Remote Access Support (RAS).

This service allows remote management of server and desktop systems. This includes routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks through to full monitoring and SMTP trapping and reporting and is designed to support option 1 as part of the fault escalation process.

This service is available across PSTN, ISDN and Broadband transport modes and will require the appropriate hardware and security implementation. Works well over Terminal Services.
