This service offers a variety of guaranteed response times for Network Operating System and applications.

Choosing the correct level of support for your network is essential.

MSP Module 1 is the service level indicator pack offering the basic hotline telephone service,

available in three options. (Choose your service option from the list).

Option 1.   8 Hour response from initial fault call
Option 2.   4 Hour response from initial fault call
Option 3.   2 Hour response from initial fault call
